２　前項の場合には、同項各号に定める保険株式会社（以下この条において「分割当事会社」という。）は、次に掲げる事項を官報及び当該分割当事会社が定款で定めた公告方法により公告し、かつ、知れている債権者（会社法第七百八十九条第三項又は第八百十条第三項の債権者に限る。）には、各別にこれを催告しなければならない。ただし、第四号の期間は、一月を下ることができない。例文帳に追加
