(4) In the case where an Exchange under the Former Act violated the disposition under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the representative, an agent, an employee, or other worker thereof who has committed such act shall be punished by imprisonment with work for not more than one year or by a fine of not more than a million yen, or shall be subject to cumulative imposition thereof.  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
