３　前二項の規定によりフロン類回収業者の登録を受けたものとみなされた者（次項に規定する者を除く。）についての第五十三条第二項の規定の適用については、その者が旧フロン類回収破壊法の第二種フロン類回収業者の登録を受けた日（前項の規定により二以上の登録を一の登録とみなされた者にあっては、当該二以上の登録のうち最初の登録を受けた日）を同条第一項のフロン類回収業者の登録を受けた日とみなす。例文帳に追加
