危害防止基準の英語

第三条　主務大臣は、特定製品について、主務省令で、一般消費者の生命又は身体に対する危害の発生を防止するため必要な技術上の基準を定めなければならない。この場合において、当該特定製品について、政令で定める他の法律の規定に基づき一般消費者の生命又は身体に対する危害の発生を防止するための規格又は基準を定めることができることとされているときは、当該規格又は基準に相当する部分以外の部分について技術上の基準を定めるものとする。例文帳に追加

Article 3 With respect to specified products, a competent minister shall establish in the Ordinance of the competent ministry the technical requirements necessary for preventing the occurrence of danger to the lives or bodies of general consumers.
