(2) When the manager of Investment Corporation Bonds has received payment referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Creditors of an Investment Corporation may claim payment of the redemption amount for the Investment Corporation Bonds and the interest thereof from the manager of the Investment Corporation Bonds.
