第十八条の六　法第五十五条の四に規定する政令で定める場合は、居住者が当事者となつた特定資本取引が、経済産業省令で定める小規模のものである場合その他同条の規定に基づく報告がされなくても法の目的を達成するため特に支障がないものとして経済産業省令で定める特定資本取引に該当する場合とする。例文帳に追加
