Article 2 With regard to transactions for which permission is deemed to have been obtained under Article 25, paragraph (1) or paragraph (3) of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act revised by the Act on the Partial Revision of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Revised Act") (hereinafter such Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act shall be referred to as the "New Act") or Article 17-2, paragraph (3) of the Foreign Exchange Control Order revised by this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Order" in this Article) pursuant to the provision of Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Revised Act, conditions attached to permission under Article 25 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act prior to the revision by the Revised Act pursuant to the provision of Article 21, paragraph (1) of the Foreign Exchange Control Order prior to the revision by this Cabinet Order shall be deemed to be conditions attached under Article 25, paragraph (1) or paragraph (3) of the New Act or Article 17-2, paragraph (3) of the New Order pursuant to the provision of Article 21, paragraph (1) of the New Order, respectively.発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
