２　文部科学大臣は、前条第一項第二号又は第二項の規定による技術士又は技術士補の登録の取消し又は名称の使用の停止の命令をする場合においては、聴聞又は弁明の機会の付与を行つた後、科学技術・学術審議会の意見を聴いてするものとする。例文帳に追加
