４　地域密着型介護老人福祉施設（介護保険法第八条第二十項に規定する地域密着型介護老人福祉施設をいう。以下同じ。）、介護老人福祉施設又は介護老人保健施設（同条第二十五項に規定する介護老人保健施設をいう。以下同じ。）であつて第五十四条の二第一項の規定により指定を受けたもの（同条第二項の規定により同条第一項の指定を受けたものとみなされた地域密着型介護老人福祉施設及び介護老人福祉施設を含む。）において施設介護を受ける被保護者に対して生活扶助を行う場合の保護金品を前項に規定する者に交付することが適当でないときその他保護の目的を達するために必要があるときは、同項の規定にかかわらず、当該地域密着型介護老人福祉施設若しくは介護老人福祉施設の長又は当該介護老人保健施設の管理者に対して交付することができる。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
