２　厚生労働大臣は、家畜から人に伝染するおそれが高いと認められる家畜の伝染性疾病の発生又はまん延により国民の健康に影響を与えるおそれがあると認めるときは、この法律の規定による家畜の伝染性疾病の発生の予防又はまん延の防止のための措置の実施に関し、農林水産大臣に意見を述べることができる。例文帳に追加
