(8) A third party that within the territory of the Slovak Republic has exploited the invention which was the subject-matter of the published application or of a patent in good faith or has made appropriate arrangements focused on the exploitation of the invention since the validity of the decision issued as a consequence of failure to comply with the time limit until the lapse of legal effects of this decision pursuant to Subsection (7), is entitled to exploit the invention within its business activity without the obligation for remuneration for the exploitation of the invention.例文帳に追加
