工業標準化法の英語

第一条　この法律は、適正且つ合理的な工業標準の制定及び普及により工業標準化を促進することによつて、鉱工業品の品質の改善、生産能率の増進その他生産の合理化、取引の単純公正化及び使用又は消費の合理化を図り、あわせて公共の福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。例文帳に追加

２　調査会は、この法律によりその権限に属させられた事項を調査審議するほか、工業標準化の促進に関し、関係各大臣の諮問に応じて答申し、又は関係各大臣に対し建議することができる。例文帳に追加

３　何人も、防炎対象物品又はその材料に、前項の規定により表示を附する場合及び工業標準化法（昭和二十四年法律第百八十五号）その他政令で定める法律の規定により防炎対象物品又はその材料の防炎性能に関する表示で総務省令で定めるもの（以下この条において「指定表示」という。）を附する場合を除くほか、同項の表示又はこれと紛らわしい表示を附してはならない。例文帳に追加
