One more thing is about the "moral responsibility," which is very abstract and hard to grasp. Seeing as you say that there is no problem legally, are you implying by referring to the moral responsibility that although there is no statutory violation found, you find something obscure in that there is an inkling of leniency in the issuance of the license? Or are you saying that once a minister licenses a bank, he should be morally responsible for its failure as well? Or do you have an issue with the fact that the license was issued for someone who was very close to the authorities, as it were, as an advisor?
