For the purpose of this regulation: - “Law” means the law of July 20, 1992, amending the system of patents of invention; - “Regulation relating to the fees” means the regulation(s) of Luxembourg fixing fees and payments to be collected regarding the patents of invention and supplementary protection certificates as well as the methods of payment; - “Regulations (CEE) No. 1768/92” means Regulations (CEE) No. 1768/92 of the European Community Council of June 18, 1992, concerning the creation of a supplementary protection certificate for medicine; - “Service” means the National Intellectual Property Service, acting in compliance of the Paris Convention and of the national legislation on patents; - “Register” means the patent register maintained by the Service; - “Professional representative” means any person registered by name in the Register of professional representatives as defined in Article 85 of the Law, as well as the attorneys registered in the membership list of attorneys for the Luxembourg courts; - “Technical documents” means the documents referred to in Article 19, paragraph 1, letters (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Law. - “Certificate” means the supplementary protection certificate for medicine instituted by the Regulations (CEE) No. 1768/92 of the European Community Council of June 18, 1992. - 特許庁

Subject to the transitional provisions shown in Articles 96 and 98 of the Law, the following shall be repealed: 1. the Grand-Ducal regulation of December 16, 1980, concerning the fixation of new scale of various fees and additional charges referred to by the Grand-Ducal order of October 13, 1945, aiming at amending and completing the legislation on the patents of invention, as amended by the Grand-Ducal regulation of December 24, 1982, of December 24, 1985, and of December 28, 1989; 2. Article 2, Article 5, paragraph 3, and Article 10, paragraph 1 of the Grand-Ducal regulation of May 25, 1978, adopted in execution of the law of May 27, 1977, concerning a) approbation of the Patent Cooperation Treaty, made in Washington on June 19, 1970, b) adaptation of the national legislation with regard to patents; 3. Article 1, second sentence, and Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Grand-Ducal regulation of May 9, 1978, adopted in execution of the law of May 27, 1977 concerning a) approbation of the European Patent Convention, signed in Munich on October 5, 1973, b) adaptation of the national legislation with regard to patents; 4. all provisions contrary to the present regulation. - 特許庁

The Office shall enact a decree, in which the Office shall regulate the requirements of the request for registration of assignment and transfer of the trade mark, the requirements of the request for the entry of the change of the proprietor of the trade mark, the requirement of the entry of the lien, enforcement of decision and execution, bankruptcy proceeding, compulsory settlement, the requirements of the request for the registration of licence agreement, the requirements of the application for registration, the requirements of the observations to the application for registration, the requirements of the oppositions against registration, the requirements of the request for amendment or split of the application, the requirements of the request for renewal of the registration of trade mark, the requirements of the request for cancellation of a trade mark or for the declaration of invalidity of a trade mark, the particulars contained in the Register, the requirements of the application for international registration and the request for actions in the international register of trademarks, the amount of the costs of receiving and forwarding the application for Community trade mark and the number of wording or representation of the trade mark.発音を聞く  - 特許庁
