９　生命保険会社が第三項の規定により引き受ける信託契約の締結の代理又は媒介を第三者に委託する場合には、生命保険会社を信託会社とみなして信託業法第二条第八項（定義）及び第五章の規定（これらの規定に係る罰則を含む。）を適用する。この場合において、同章中「所属信託会社」とあるのは「所属生命保険会社」と、同法第七十八条第一項中「第三十四条第一項」とあるのは「保険業法第百十一条第一項及び第二項」とする。例文帳に追加
