(2) The provisions revised by this Act shall also apply to dispositions by an administrative agency prior to the enforcement of this Act, inactions by an administrative agency pertaining to an application filed prior to the enforcement of this Act or other matters that have arisen prior to the enforcement of this Act, except as otherwise provided by the Supplementary Provisions; provided, however, that those provisions shall not obstruct the effect which has arisen pursuant to the provisions prior to the revision by this Act.  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
