用例

• 貧に迫る
  to be pressed by poverty―poverty―stricken

• 彼らは貧苦に迫って始めて働く
  They only work under the pressure of poverty―under stress of poverty―（他動詞構文にすれば）―Poverty drives them to work―compels them to work.
• 貧苦に迫って盗みをした
  He committed theft under the pressure of poverty―（他動詞構文にすれば）―Poverty drove him to theft.
• 貧苦に迫って罪を犯す者が多い
