競争上の地位の英語

計画経済期には中国経済において圧倒的な地位を占めていた国有企業は、改革・開放を経て、工業生産総額に占めるシェアを大幅に低下させており、また、国有企業全体に占める赤字企業の比率は上昇している状況である。1980年代半ばから本格的に実施されてきた国有企業改革は、結局、国有企業の経営状況の改善をもたらさなかったと言える。この背景として、競争激化と国有企業自体の抱える構造的な負担が挙げられる。また、現在、大多数の国有企業は民営化の方向に向かいつつあるが、特に、株式会社への改組・上場が行われた大型国有企業に関し、大きく2つのコーポレート・ガバナンス上の問題が存在する。1つは、ガバナンスを効かせる主体に関する問題であり、もう１つは、近年の資本市場の動きに併せて整備されてきた会計制度が抱える問題である。例文帳に追加
