第166条侵害する標章又は商号を付した商品国内の製品，製造者若しくは販売者の名称を模写し若しくはまね，本法の規定に従って登録された標章を模写し若しくはまね，又は当該物品がフィリピンにおいて製造され若しくは当該物品が実際に製造される国若しくは地方以外の外国若しくは地方において製造されていると公衆を誤認させることを意図した標章若しくは商号を付した輸入商品は，フィリピンの税関で通関を許可されない。関税業務担当官によるこの禁止の実施を支援するために，本法による利益を受ける権利を有する者は，関税徴税官が財務省長官の承認を得て定める規則に従い，その名称及び居所，その商品が製造される地方の名称，並びにその標章又は商号の登録証の写を，関税局がその目的のために保持する帳簿に記録することを請求することができ，また，関税局に対して，その名称，その商品が製造される地方の名称又はその登録標章若しくは商号を写真伝送により提出することができる。関税徴税官は，そのような提出があったときは，その写を作成し，関税局の各徴税官その他適切な官職に送付する。 - 特許庁
