次の各号に掲げる違反があつた場合においては、その行為をした商品取引所の発起人、役員（仮理事並びに仮取締役及び仮執行役を含む。）若しくは清算人、協会の役員（仮理事を含む。）、委託者保護会員制法人の役員若しくは清算人又は委託者保護基金の役員（仮理事及び仮監事を含む。）若しくは清算人は、三十万円以下の過料に処する。 - 経済産業省
