外部記憶装置６７又は外部端末ＰＣ１のデータファイルを画像形成装置の内部記憶装置４４に格納し、内部記憶装置４４のプログラムおよび参照データに基づいて、画像形成他複合機能を制御する制御手段４２，４１が、前記格納するとき内部記憶装置４４のファイル管理テーブルＦＡＴに該当データファイルの管理情報を登録し、動作電源オン直後に、ＦＡＴの管理情報に基きデータファイルの破損を検索し、破損があると該データファイルを内部記憶装置４４から消去し外部記憶装置６７又は外部端末ＰＣ１の該当のデータファイルを読み込み内部記憶装置４４に格納して該データファイルの管理情報をＦＡＴに登録する。 - 特許庁
