第一条　この法律は、原子力基本法（昭和三十年法律第百八十六号）の精神にのつとり、核原料物質、核燃料物質及び原子炉の利用が平和の目的に限られ、かつ、これらの利用が計画的に行われることを確保するとともに、これらによる災害を防止し、及び核燃料物質を防護して、公共の安全を図るために、製錬、加工、貯蔵、再処理及び廃棄の事業並びに原子炉の設置及び運転等に関する必要な規制を行うほか、原子力の研究、開発及び利用に関する条約その他の国際約束を実施するために、国際規制物資の使用等に関する必要な規制を行うことを目的とする。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム

(4) The Minister of MEXT may, in addition to the on-site inspection specified in paragraph (1), and within the limit necessary for providing an explanation to the International Atomic Energy Agency pursuant to the provision of additional protocols or for ensuring the implementation of an on-site inspection pursuant to the provision of paragraph (13), allow an official to enter the office, factory, place of activity or any other location of any international controlled material user, etc., inspect books, documents and any other necessary property, and question the people concerned or request the submission of nuclear source material, nuclear fuel material or any other necessary samples, limited to the minimum amount necessary for examination. 例文帳に追加

(4) If a confirmation (includes a confirmation in accordance with Article 61-26 of the Act of the Regulations of Nuclear Source Material, Nuclear Fuel Material and Reactors. (Act No. 166 of 1957) by the Japan Nuclear Energy Safety Organization) is received from the competent minister in accordance with the provision in paragraph (2) of Article 59 in the same Act or a confirmation is received from the minister of land, infrastructure, transport and Tourism or the local transportation station manager in accordance with the provision in paragraph (1) of Article 87 in THE REGULATIONS FOR THE CARRIAGE AND STORAGE OF DANGEROUS GOODS BY SHIPS., it shall be deemed in accordance with pronouncement that a confirmation is received for item (ii)c, (ii)d or (ii)f (limited to technical standards related to transported radioactive substances). 例文帳に追加
