(4) Any person who finds that an invention protected by a patent does not comply with the provisions of § 8 of this Act, may file an action in court against the proprietor of the patent for the revocation of the patent in part or in full. (4) In addition to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it is required that an employee organization, in order to qualify for and maintain its registration, be formed exclusively by officials other than those provided for in paragraph 5 of the preceding Article.
