４　日本弁護士連合会の綱紀委員会は、第二項の調査により、対象弁護士等につき懲戒の手続を開始することができないものであると認めるとき、対象弁護士等につき懲戒の事由がないと認めるとき又は事案の軽重その他情状を考慮して懲戒すべきでないことが明らかであると認めるときは、日本弁護士連合会の懲戒委員会に事案の審査を求めないことを相当とする議決をする。この場合において、日本弁護士連合会は、当該議決に基づき、対象弁護士等を懲戒しない旨の決定をしなければならない。例文帳に追加
