Sanshu Seika Co., Ltd. (220 employees), of Kasukabe City in Saitama Prefecture, is a company that manufactures rice crackers. It is an enterprise that prioritizes a bottom-up management approach whereby on-site employees are the core of implemented improvement activities. On-site employees formed an IT Committee and developed a traceability system for rice cracker ingredients as an internally-led initiative.
