(2) Information recorded in questionnaires which were collected through notified statistical surveys (limited to those conducted by administrative organs) pursuant to the provisions of the Old Act shall be deemed to be questionnaire information pertaining to general statistical surveys pursuant to the provisions of the New Act, information recorded in questionnaires which were collected through notified statistical surveys (limited to those conducted by local public entities) pursuant to the provisions of the Old Act shall be deemed to be questionnaire information pertaining to statistical surveys conducted by local public entities pursuant to the provisions of the New Act, and information recorded in questionnaires which were collected through notified statistical surveys (limited to those conducted by incorporated administrative agencies, etc. that fall under statistical surveys to which the provision of Article 25 of the New Act shall apply after the effective date) pursuant to the provisions of the Old Act shall be deemed to be questionnaire information pertaining to statistical surveys conducted by incorporated administrative agencies, etc. under Article 25 pursuant to the provisions of the New Act.  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
