食品衛生法等の一部を改正する法律（平成１５年法律第５５号。以下「一部改正法」という。）による改正後の食品衛生法第１１条第３項の規定については、食品衛生法等の一部を改正する法律の一部の施行期日を定める政令（平成１７年政令第３４５号）により、平成１８年５月２９日より施行されることとされたが、これに伴い、食品衛生法第１１条第３項の規定により人の健康を損なうおそれのない量として厚生労働大臣が定める量を定める件（平成１７年厚生労働省告示第４９７号。以下「一律基準告示」という。）、食品衛生法第１１条第３項の規定により人の健康を損なうおそれのないことが明らかであるものとして厚生労働大臣が定める物質を定める件（平成１７年厚生労働省告示第４９８号。以下「対象外物質告示」という。）、食品、添加物等の規格基準の一部を改正する件（平成１７年厚生労働省告示第４９９号。以下「残留基準等告示」という。）、食品衛生法施行規則の一部を改正する省令（平成１７年厚生労働省令第１６６号）、乳及び乳製品の成分規格等に関する省令の一部を改正する省令（平成１７年厚生労働省令第１６７号）及び食品衛生に関する監視指導の実施に関する指針の一部を改正する件（平成１７年厚生労働省告示第４９５号）が本日公布されたところである。 - 厚生労働省
