第二百五十条　保険会社等又は外国保険会社等は、次に掲げる場合に該当する場合には、第百三十五条第一項（第二百十条第一項及び第二百七十二条の二十九において準用する場合を含む。）の契約において、第百三十五条第四項（第二百十条第一項及び第二百七十二条の二十九において準用する場合を含む。）に規定する軽微な変更のほか、当該契約により移転するものとされる保険契約（特定契約を除く。）について保険金額の削減その他の契約条項の変更（当該軽微な変更、特定補償対象契約以外の補償対象契約（第二百七十条の三第二項第一号に規定する補償対象契約をいう。）について第三項第一号に規定する公告等の時以後に収受した保険料により積み立てるべき責任準備金を減額する変更及び特定補償対象契約について同号に規定する公告等の時以後に発生する解約返戻金その他これに類するものとして内閣府令・財務省令で定める給付金に関しこれら以外の当該特定補償対象契約に係る保険金その他の給付金に比して不利な内容を定める変更を除く。以下この款において「契約条件の変更」という。）を定めることができる。例文帳に追加
