dinner table (plural dinner tables)
- A table on which dinner (or other food) is served and eaten, particularly in a home.
- A dining table.
- (usually with the) The table at dinnertime conceived as a place; it often is the same table at which all meals are served, being at dinnertime the dinner table, at lunchtime the lunch table, and at breakfast time the breakfast table; it is usually either the kitchen table or the dining room table.
