２ 会員等は、法第百七十九条第二項の規定により取次委託者をして委託証拠金を預託 させるときは当該取次委託者から商品市場における取引の委託の取次ぎを受託した取次 者を、同項により清算取次者に対する委託者をして委託証拠金を預託させるときは当 該清算取次者に対する委託者から商品清算取引の委託の取次ぎの委託の取次ぎを受託し た清算取次者を代理人として、当該委託証拠金の預託を受けなければならない。 - 経済産業省
