３　前項第一号の再商品化義務総量は、当該年度における当該特定分別基準適合物の第九条第六項に規定する総量に特定事業者責任比率（当該特定分別基準適合物の量のうち、特定容器利用事業者、特定容器製造等事業者又は特定包装利用事業者（以下「特定事業者」という。）により再商品化がされるべき量の占める比率として主務大臣が定める比率をいう。以下この項において同じ。）を乗じて得た量と、当該年度の前年度の末までに得られた当該特定分別基準適合物であって再商品化がされなかったものの量のうち当該年度において特定事業者により再商品化がされるべき量として主務省令で定めるところにより算定される量とを合算して得た量（その量が当該年度における当該特定分別基準適合物の第七条第二項第一号に掲げる量に特定事業者責任比率を乗じて得た量を超えるときは、当該乗じて得た量）を基礎として主務大臣が定める量とする。例文帳に追加
