金融機能強化法についてですが、17日施行ということで、今後のスケジュールというか、申請から注入に至るまでの流れみたいなものを確認しておきたいのですが、例えばアメリカのタープ（TARP、そのうちの資本注入プログラム）のようにある程度申請期限というものを区切った上で、そこまでの申請を求めるというふうな運用を考えておられるのか、そうではなく、五月雨式といいますか、（申請が）来る順々にそういった審査をしていくといったことを考えておられるのか、年末なり年度末の資金繰り等々考えますと、ある程度締切みたいなものを設けてやった方が合理的かなと思うのですが、その辺はいかがでしょうか。例文帳に追加
