(3) In the case where the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare has issued a prohibition under paragraph (1), he/she shall rescind said prohibition, in whole or in part, by hearing the opinions of the Pharmaceutical Affairs and Food Sanitation Council, when he/she finds that there is no risk of food sanitation hazards resulting from specific food or additives pertaining to said prohibition, based on an application from an interested person concerning said prohibition, or as needed, pursuant to an Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. 例文帳に追加
