２　この法律の施行の際現に改正前の商品取引所法（以下「旧法」という。）の規定による商品仲買人の登録を受けている者（以下「商品仲買人」という。）については、当該登録に係る商品（改正後の商品取引所法（以下新法」という。）第四十一条第一項の許可に係るものを除く。以下同じ。）に限り、この法律の施行の日から三年間は、旧法（第四十二条、第四十二条の二、第四十四条、第四十六条第二項（仲買保証金に係る部分に限る。）、第四十七条、第四十九条（営業所若しくは事務所の設置又は商品の追加に係る部分に限る。）、第五十条、第九十一条第一項（委託の勧誘の制限に係る部分に限る。）、第九十三条、第九十四条及び第九十七条並びにこれらの規定に係る罰則を除く。）の規定は、なおその効力を有する。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
