第百九十五条　銀行は、この法律の施行後最初に特定預金等契約（第十六条の規定による改正後の銀行法（以下この条において「新銀行法」という。）第十三条の四に規定する特定預金等契約をいう。）の申込みを顧客（新金融商品取引法第二条第三十一項第四号に掲げる者に限る。）から受けた場合であって、この法律の施行前に、当該顧客に対し、この法律の施行後に当該顧客が新銀行法第十三条の四において準用する新金融商品取引法第三十四条の二第一項の規定による申出ができる旨を新銀行法第十三条の四において準用する新金融商品取引法第三十四条の例により告知しているときには、当該顧客に対し、新銀行法第十三条の四において準用する新金融商品取引法第三十四条に規定する告知をしたものとみなす。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム

(1) This Act shall come into force from the day of promulgation.
