シティバンク銀行につきましては、これは平成16年9月の業務改善命令においても改善を求めていたところですが、マネー・ローンダリングをはじめとする疑わしい取引の届出義務を的確に履行するための態勢が整備されていないという実態が確認されました。これを受けまして、本年7月15日から1か月間、個人金融部門における販売業務を一部停止するように命じ、また同時に、現行の経営管理態勢・内部管理態勢等を抜本的に見直し、再整備するため、所要の業務改善命令を発出したところでございます。 - 金融庁
