３　第十九条及び第十九条の二の規定は、認定外国製造業者等、認定外国生産行程管理者、認定外国流通行程管理者又は認定外国小分け業者について準用する。この場合において、第十九条中「再び農林物資」とあるのは「再び、本邦に輸出される農林物資」と、第十九条の二中「第十四条第一項の認定を受けた農林物資の製造業者等（以下「認定製造業者等」という。）、同条第二項の認定を受けた農林物資の生産行程管理者（以下「認定生産行程管理者」という。）若しくは同条第三項の認定を受けた農林物資の流通行程管理者（以下「認定流通行程管理者」という。）の行う同条第一項から第三項まで」とあるのは「認定外国製造業者等、認定外国生産行程管理者若しくは認定外国流通行程管理者の行う第十九条の三」と、「認定製造業者等、認定生産行程管理者又は認定流通行程管理者の行う同条第一項から第三項まで又は第五項」とあるのは「認定外国製造業者等、認定外国生産行程管理者又は認定外国流通行程管理者の行う同条又は第十九条の六第一項において準用する第十四条第五項」と、「第十五条第一項の認定を受けた農林物資の小分け業者（以下「認定小分け業者」という。）の行う同項」とあるのは「認定外国小分け業者の行う第十九条の四」と、「命じ」とあるのは「請求し」と、「命ずる」とあるのは「請求する」と読み替えるものとする。例文帳に追加
