第三百二十八条の三　事業者は、船舶の改造、修理、清掃等を行う場合に、船倉等当該船舶の内部又はこれに接する場所において、火花若しくはアークを発し、若しくは高温となつて点火源となるおそれのある機械等又は火気を使用する作業を行うときは、当該作業を開始するとき及び当該作業中随時、作業箇所及びその周辺における引火性の物の蒸気又は可燃性ガスの濃度を測定しなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
