３　第一項の規定による届出をした者（届出をした者と当該届出に係る建築物の管理者が異なる場合にあつては管理者とし、当該建築物が譲り渡された場合にあつては譲り受けた者（譲り受けた者と当該建築物の管理者が異なる場合にあつては管理者）とする。）は、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、定期に、その届出に係る事項（当該建築物の設計及び施工に係る事項のうち当該建築物に設ける空気調和設備等に係るエネルギーの効率的利用のための措置に関するものに限る。）に関する当該建築物の維持保全の状況について、所管行政庁に報告しなければならない。ただし、同項の届出に係る建築物が住宅である場合は、この限りでない。例文帳に追加
