本声明においては、①中国側は、日本の2050年までに少なくとも半減という見解を留意し、各国と共に、気候変動枠組条約の、気候系に対して危険な人為的干渉を及ぼすこととならない水準において大気中の温室効果ガスの濃度を安定化させるとの究極的な目的を実現させる方法及び措置を検討していくことを表明、②日中両国は、2012年まで及び2013年以降の実効的なプロセス及び枠組みを強化する交渉に積極的に参加することで、2009年末コペンハーゲンで行われる気候変動枠組条約及び京都議定書の締約国会議で結果が出せるようにするとの共通認識に達したこと、③中国側は、セクター別アプローチが排出削減指標又は行動を実施する重要な手段であると表明、等、中国も気候変動問題に関して積極的な姿勢を見せている。 - 経済産業省
