For human stem cell clinical research in which collection, processing, and transplantation or administration take place at multiple institutions, when an application as set forth in (3) or a comprehensive report as set forth in (8) 2) is received from the study leader, an institute director can be assigned by the directors of the other institutes to act as their representative at a hearing of the opinions of the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as set forth in (3), or to submit a copy of the comprehensive report, as set forth in (8) 2).例文帳に追加
