本発明によるエレベーターにおけるパラメータおよび機器の推薦装置は、候補選択受付部１１０にて受け付けた第一次推薦候補に基づいて、ビル設備情報データあるいは稼動履歴データを一時的に補正するデータ補正部１１１と、ビル設備パラメータオプション情報と、データ補正部１１１にて補正されたビル設備情報データおよび稼動履歴データとに基づいて、推薦対象エレベーター１０２に適切なパラメータやオプション機器を第二次推薦候補として抽出する第二次推薦候補抽出部１１２とを備える。 - 特許庁
