本発明は、上面が設置面と略面一か更には設置面から低いレベル位置に容易に設置出来、遠方から視認出来る程度に発光部から出る光が設置面（水平面）に対して比較的浅い角度で出射出来、更には設置高さ位置の誤差を許容し、発光方向が複数の異なる方向に容易に変更出来る自発光鋲を提供することを可能にすることを目的としている。 - 特許庁
