(3) A person who delivers a document as prescribed in paragraph (1), item (ii), or item (i), sub-item (b) of the preceding paragraph (hereinafter referred to as a "Deliverer" in this Article) may, in lieu of the delivery of a document as prescribed in paragraph (1), item (ii), or item (i), sub-item (b) of the preceding paragraph, provide information that should be included in said document (hereinafter referred to as "Information on the Restriction on Resale" in this Article) by a method using an Electronic Data Processing System or a method using other information and communications technology, as listed in the following items (hereinafter referred to as "Electromagnetic Means" in this Article) with the consent of a person who receives said document (hereinafter referred to as the "Recipient" in this Article), pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (6).
