(7) 商標登録出願人が授権代理人により代表されている場合は，代理人は出願人により与えられた委任状を根拠として願書に署名することができ，出願後3月以内に委任状がOSIMに提出されない場合は，出願は発効せず拒絶されるものとする。 - 特許庁
