４　国は、当分の間、都道府県、市町村又は長期にわたり医療施設において療養を必要とする児童（以下「長期療養児童」という。）の療養環境の向上のために必要な事業を行う者に対し、長期療養児童の家族が宿泊する施設の新設、修理、改造、拡張又は整備で社会資本整備特別措置法第二条第一項第二号に該当するものに要する費用に充てる資金の一部を、予算の範囲内において、無利子で貸し付けることができる。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
