外側管状部材と、該外側管状部材の内側に同心軸状に設けられ相対回転可能な内側管状部材と、前記両管状部材の一端部に軸方向位置を相互にずらせて設けた同形の内面多角形輪郭と、前記内側管状部材の他端部に設けたハンドルと、前記外側管状部材の他端部に設けた両管状部材の相対回転を拘束又は解除する固定部材とからなり、前記内側管状部材を前記外側管状部材に対して相対的に回転させ、前記両内面多角形輪郭の一方を他方に対して整合、不整合又は回転させることによりナットを回動させ、請求項１記載の密閉装置を原子炉圧力容器のフランジ部のねじ孔に取付け、取外しすることを特徴とする着脱用工具。 - 特許庁
