In case of assignment of a trade mark, the request shall be accompanied by the contract of assignment, or by an extract from the contract of assignment, or, as appropriate, by another document evidencing the change of the trade mark proprietor; in case of transfer, the request shall be accompanied by a document on the trade mark transfer.
