１　この政令は、昭和五十六年十月十二日から施行する。ただし、別表第一の一の項を削り、同表の二の項を同表の一の項とする改正規定、同表の四四の項を削り、同表の四三の二の項を同表の四四の項とする改正規定、同表の五八の二の項を削る改正規定、同表の五九の項、六八の項から七〇の項まで、七七の項、八四の項、九二の項、一〇三の項及び一二四の項の改正規定、同表の一四八の二の項を削る改正規定、同表の一六六の項の改正規定並びに同表の備考第一号の改正規定（「カナダ」の下に「、キューバ」を加える改正規定及び「エジプト」の下に「、エチオピア」を加える改正規定を除く。）、別表第三の一の項を削る改正規定並びに別表第五の一の項の改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム

If the national patent is granted to the invention, to which the European patent has been granted with the same right of priority to the same proprietor of the patent or his successor in title, the national patent shall cease to have effect to the extent that it is identical with the European patent, from the date, on which the period for filing the notice of opposition to the European patent expires without such notice being filed, or the date of entry into force of the decision, by which the European patent has been maintained in the opposition proceedings. 例文帳に追加
