２　機構は、前項の規定による申請があった場合において、当該申請に係る指定疾病がその後においても継続すると認めるときは、当該申請に係る認定を更新するものとする。この場合において、更新された認定は、同項に規定する有効期間の満了日の翌日にさかのぼってその効力を生ずる。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
